Music was much better, back when "ugly" people were allowed to make it.

(Popular) Music used to be all about the sound, not the sight.
None are actually ugly. But think of all the talent that might be passed over in today's need to have everyone appeal visually! I wonder if today's hollow music is partly from denying such people the opportunity to give us their music.
Tom Petty sang, "Well, the good old days may not return."
Let's make some new "good old days."
